Fabrizio Giugiaro, the designer of the Lamborghini Gallardo, has given his baby Lambo a whole new carbon body makeover. Called the CAVËN Atelier HOMMAGE 26, it uses just five components from the original Gallardo, with just about everything tweaked and changed in an effort bring the Gallardo into today’s technologies and experiences. Chief among the changes is the new carbon fibre body with revised styling that adds a new take on the classic Gallardo design that was released back in 2003. The 5.0L naturally aspirated V10 engine has been tweaked by Italtecnica so that it now revs up to 8,500 rpm and is good for 533 hp, or 552 hp for the performance version.
