Europe’s best sports cars beware, Ford have revealed the Mustang GTD and it looks fast. If you thought the Dark Horse was going to be the top dog in the 7th generation Mustang family, think again, as Ford has sprung a very pleasant surprise for us all.
Developed as an after-hours mission to take on the best of European sports cars, the GTD is a limited-edition, ultra high-performance street legal performance car. It is powered by a 5.2L supercharged V8 engine with a rear-mounted 8-speed dual-clutch transaxle and lightweight carbonfibre driveshaft to achieve a near 50/50 weight distribution.
