Re-imagining a classic is a hard task, but Ford seems to be up to the challenge with the launch of the all-new Bronco. Rocking a fresh look, innovative design and comprehensive product line-up, the new Bronco Looks to hit the ground running whilst demonstrating Ford is serious about taking the fight to the Jeep Wrangler.
The new frame is made from high-strength steel, fully boxed and set to be shared with the next generation Ford Ranger. The front suspension is independent with coil-over springs and twin alloy A-arms, whilst the rear setup uses a solid axle with five links and coil-overs. Ground clearance for the Bronco differs depending on the model and tire choice, with the four-door Bronco making use of 8.3 inches of clearance, the 2-door 8.4, and with the large 35-inch tires optioned 11.5 and 11.6 inches respectively.
