Rimac have finally revealed their production ready hypercar, it’s got a new name, a lot of power and a whole heap of torque. Rimac has been impressing the industry since it’s arrival as a small Croatian outfit with big ambitions of creating a 2,000 hp electric hypercar. Now the day has come, where the now much larger company can announce the newly named Nevera is ready to sell to a lucky 150 customers.
The word hypercar is very appropriate for the Nevera, with big headline numbers such as 1,887 hp, 1,741 lb-ft of torque, 0-60 mph in just 1.85 seconds and a top speed of 258 mph. The driveline configuration providing those impressive numbers consists of four individual ‘Permanent Magnet’ motors positioned on each axle that are fed by a 120 kWh battery.
