Another year, another BMW Vision concept, this time with the look into the future of the BMW M sports car. Called the Vision M Next, this mid-engined plug-in hybrid shares some similarities with the current BMW i8 and iconic BMW M1 from 1979. Capable of running in both electric all-wheel drive and rear-wheel drive modes, the Vision M Next makes use of a mid-ship turbocharged 4 cylinder engine assisted by an electric motor at the front. Performance is promised to be strong, with a 0-62 mph time of 3 seconds and a 186 mph top speed.
