AC Cars are celebrating their 125th anniversary with the reveal of the Cobra GT Coupe, inspired by the infamous 1960’s AC A98 coupe Le Mans racer. As Britain’s oldest active vehicle manufacturer, AC are continuing their modern renaissance with a hard top version of their GT sports car. Available with a 5.0L V8 engine in both supercharged and naturally aspirated forms, the Cobra GT Coupe has 720 hp and 605 lb-ft on tap to play with in top spec trim. The NA version gets 450 hp and 410 lb-ft. There’s also a choice of transmission with a 6-speed manual gearbox, or a 10-speed automatic with steering-wheel mounted shift paddles.
