Cadillac have teased a road-going version of their LMDh prototype race car, with the V-One concept. Of course, Cadillac aren’t the first to think of this idea with Porsche releasing the 963 RSP last year and Ferrari offering the 499P Modificata as a track only version of their racer. The intent here it to make the V-Series.R race car easier to operate whilst unlocking some extra power with the removal of the LMDh class rules limits. That should equate to a power boost from 670 hp to 830 hp from the 5.5L hybrid V8.
