Alfa Romeo’s long-rumoured supercar has arrived, called the 33 Stradale it will be available with 607 hp twin-turbo V6 or 750 hp EV powertrains. Built on Maserati’s MC20 chassis, the new 33 Stradale will be a low-volume entry into the Italian manufacturers stable as only 33 examples are due for production.
Taking inspiration directly from the 1968 car of the same name , the 33 Stradale features a modern take on the beautiful styling of the original. Coachbuilding company Touring Superleggera will be tasked with assembling all 33’s, making this the first custom-built car from Alfa Romeo since 1969. Further to that, Alfa Romeo CEO Jean-Philippe Imparato has stated the 33 will not be the last custom-built Alfa, so expect to see some more exciting creations in the future.
