Morgan is celebrating 60 years since it’s class win at Le Mans with the limited edition Plus Four LM62. As the name suggests the year was 1962 when Morgan achieved their GT 2-litre class win at the 24 Hours of Le Mans. That was after the Morgan Plus Four was rejected in the previous years race for being too old-fashioned. A fine comeback after such a bizarre ruling.
This 2022 edition Plus Four comes complete with variety of bespoke elements inside and out to commemorate the occasion. IT will be available in two heritage colour options consisting of Jet Green (The colour used on the race car that won) and Tetre Rouge (a popular colour for Morgan race cars at the time). Retro-inspired graphics have been employed on the outside of the car featuring the number 29 like the race car itself. A White hardtop, silver wire wheels and racing-style fuel filler cap complete the special styling choices of the LM62.
