The Dodge Charger Daytona SRT Concept previews the brand’s electric muscle car future. With styling that channels a bit of the 2nd generation Chargers looks, this concept has a squared-off shape with notchback roofline and wide, rectangular front grille.
But the big news here is the replacement of the V8 with an electric powertrain. So far Dodge aren’t revealing much, but what we do know is that it’s an 800 volt system called “Banshee” that can handle up to 350 kW fast charging. This concept is all-wheel drive and apparently faster than the outgoing Hellcat models, so expect a similar if not higher power output.
