As Lamborghini continue to celebrate their 60th anniversary, they have collaborated with Japanese artist Ikeuchi to create the Huracan STO Time Chaser 111100. Designed as a special one-off art piece, Ikeuchi drew upon inspiration from past Lamborghini anniversary cars like the Countach 25th Anniversary, the Diablo SE30, Murcielago 40th and Aventador LP 720-4 50th. It's a little hard to tell exactly what parts were inspired by those past Lamborghini's, but we'll take their word for it.
Refreshed X5 M Competition is now the only M option in the range, and that's not a bad thing. The regular X5 M is now longer available, with BMW deciding one M flavour for their performance SUV's is enough. This means everyone who jumps on one of these cars gets the full fat Competition version with 616 hp and 553 lb-ft to play with.
New for 2024 is some refreshed styling, on the outside and a 48-volt hybrid assist system which involves housing a small electric motor in the eight-speed automatic transmission. This can deliver a further 12 hp and 147 lb-ft of torque during acceleration and help out with the X5's stop-start functions.
New BMW M3 CS gets more power, less weight and all-wheel drive. Utilising the mechanical and lightweight carbonfibre components of the M4 CSL, the M3 CS has the same 542 horsepower to play with as the CSL. That equates to a power increase of 88 hp over the previous 2018 M3 CS, and 39 hp more than the current gen M3 Competition. Whilst torque remains unchanged at 479 lb-ft, the CS will launch from 0 to 62 mph in just 3.4 seconds and 124 mph in 11.1 seconds whilst going on to a top speed of 188 mph.
